I had a perfect stay at Thompson! The location was ideal for exploring the city and shopping. The Bar and Restaurant at Nico were fantastic, providing excellent food and service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was attractive with a lovely view of the city. The architectural tour on the river was outstanding.
We did not enjoy the breakfast facility as it was dark and unattractive.

Loved Chicago, the hotel was well-appointed close to downtown. The property had a top location only a short distance to a downtown street. What's more, it was so close to greenery as well as tons of shopping.

Guests have enjoyed the views of the city from their rooms and have mentioned the comfortable beds and plush robes provided. The staff, including the concierge and doormen, have been described as friendly and efficient. Additionally, there is a complementary tea and coffee service in the mornings and a car service available for guests' convenience.
The bathroom design, with its opaque glass door, offers little privacy and can result in a lack of darkness in the bedroom at night.
